National Criminal Justice Commission Act of 2009, S.714

The National Criminal Justice Commission Act of 2009
that I introduced in the Senate on March 26, 2009 will create a blue-ribbon commission
to look at every aspect of our criminal justice system with an eye toward reshaping the
process from top to bottom. I believe that it is time to bring together the best minds
in America to confer, report, and make concrete recommendations about
how we can reform the process.

Why We Urgently Need this Legislation:

* With 5% of the world's population, our country now houses 25% of the world's reported prisoners.

* Incarcerated drug offenders have soared 1200% since 1980.

* Four times as many mentally ill people are in prisons than in mental health hospitals.

* Approximately 1 million gang members reside in the U.S., many of them foreign-based;
and Mexican cartels operate in 230+ communities across the country.

Post-incarceration re-entry programs are haphazard and often nonexistent, undermining public safety
and making it extremely difficult for ex-offenders to become full, contributing members of society.

Criminal Influence -- Treason

The Axios Network has criminally influenced politics since the mid-1970s.
All to the benefit of the status quo.
A court of law can prove criminal influence -- treason, by questioning:

Some investigators may think that I'm trying to
get these Axios people lynched -- I'm not.
My purpose is to alert without being too alarming.

President Obama will be shocked, horrified, and
angered when he learns how the Axios Security Staff
influences government. Obama will demand an
investigation of Costas Axios and his Security Staff.

President McCain will not be able to defend the people
and constitution of the United States because, he will
never investigate Costas Axios.
McCain is a good game-player, he just wants to be a
"Know Nothing."

Obama, ask McCain: "Who is Costas Axios, and what is the Axios agenda?"

Obama needs to demand investigation of; Costas Axios, Criton Zoakos, and Ted Andromedus.

Obama must investigate, expose, and prosecute Costas Axios, and the Axios Network.

Fight or Play Nicely

The Problem:
If President Obama has a problem with the growing influence
and sophistication of organized crime and terrorist networks,
then he will not be considered a good game-player.

The Game: To make motions without actions.
The current administration has posed no remarkable
obstacle to the expansion of organized crime -- they
are good game-players.

The Dilemma: Fight or play nicely.
Senator Obama needs to decide now, before his election, how his
administration will move against crime and terrorist networks.
If Obama is considered a significant threat to the status quo
Obama will be subjected to containment operations.
It's about control, the primary motivation of terrorists.

Not Theoretical:
I know individuals who are trained and willing to protect the
interests of the status quo. Some of these individuals have
been involved in major felonies including treason, conspiracy to murder,
torture, and rape.
The individuals I refer to are members or associates of a particular
political terrorist network.
I also know members of the organization who will testify against the
organization in a court of law -- if they have immunity from prosecution.

I'm not an attorney. To bring my witnesses to court I need to communicate
with attorneys about witness protection and related issues.

My Question:
Who will help my witnesses to testify? Contact me by e-mail,
I won't discuss individuals here until I first talk with attorneys.
