Americans don't need to be Gitmo detainees to be tortured. As we are compelled to listen to the cycle of news on a daily basis about what the Cheneys said (and others like them), that's torture!
These people are not called out on the facts enough. Are they being paid by these media outlets?
The security of our nation is being severely affected by these people.
No one minds a debate about politics, but the lying should not be tolerated.
The next time any one of them say anything, they should be required to provide a video clip or to reference a written document supporting the statement or opinion.
That should be the "new rule."

Rush Limbaugh will become "invisible" without attention.
He feeds off of attention and it helps his cause (of spreading hatred in America).
We fall into this trap all too often - when we give pure evil its just due.
No form of hatred should be given "food."
We should restrain from ever writing or mentioning names like Limbaugh.
I will start first.
As of this blog, I will no longer mention the name of R. Limbaugh.
I invite you (esp. the media) to do the same.
We MUST take people like this out of the conversation for a diplomatic America.
This man speaks words of treason and terrorism and we should have not part of it!

Corporate news outlets worry more about ratings than news.
CNN's John King's interview with Former Vice-President Cheney sparked off the psedo-debate this past week. A sitting president does not have time to spare with a former Vice-President.
In this country, it's one thing we can count on - and that's entertainment.
The media is not concerned with informing us of real problems, unless it's "breaking" news.
We're in the dark, my friends.
To be the leader of the free world, one would think quite differently if visiting outside of the country.
Too much attention is paid to commercials and how much money journalists receive.
There's no diversity in the media. We look at the same tired faces and "they" ask us to believe what we here. So much of the truth is distorted until the lies and the truth start to all sound alike. No one is interested in giving us the truth.
We pay for elections. We donate money towards campaings. We stand in line to cast our votes. We help to pay the salaries of reporters who spend way too much on clothes that don't properly fit them or hairstyles that could only mean anything at a Paris fashion show.
We demand news - not fluff - not opinion - but, hard facts.
And, for goodness sake, stop having the same tired faces as guest "analysts." Who chooses these people anyway?
Cable news (all stations) need to seriously revisit their diversity policy. I'm sure that people from a variety of ethnicities can read a teleprompter.
So, instead of trying hard to pull in the most viewers and "leaking" critical information of national security (to be the first), we might want to step back and allow the President (along with Sec. Hillary Clinton, and others) to do the job that we invested in.
The main stream media should take a serious look at how real journalists report - not for the glory, but for the truth.
Everyone has a hand in national security.
People need to know the truth.
Is this something we can isolate and eradicate?
Let's be proactive - instead of reactive.
Lives are at stake.

She is basically shallow. Some people are just that desperate. There is no doubt that Palin began this occult movement. Actually, John McCain is to blame. Now, he wants to throw her under the bus.
She is a twisted person that caters to other twisted people. Let's not forget her pastoring experience.
Ever see how she holds her baby? No cuddling. No true eye contact. No holding close as nuturing mothers do. She holds the child backwards.

Dr. Ivor Heerden (a whistle blower) recently resigned from Louisiana State University (LSU) under pressure from the State. It appears that LSU is more worried about receiving federal funds than saving people's lives. It also appears that the school's Vice Chancellors advised Heerden to stop going to the media - or else.
