I received this post from an individual who conducted a fundraiser fo Obama and I find it very, very disturbing. I's like to know if other's have experienced anything like this:
update on the bake sale held today june 21 at (business name removed)All in all it went very well, we raised $317. Unfortunately it was overshadowed by an early morning call to my home phone the day the event was featured in the news paper (friday). The caller, who blocked his # left the following message "I hope you raise alot of money for that n****r, we will fix you tomorrow"After some tears of fear for getting my innocent employees at the shop involved, i got mad and decided to have the sale anyway. The police would do nothing because it was "just a threat". Fortunately an ex employee was kind enough to send over some large well trained prison guards. I'm reasonably sure that this was the first time a bake sale had its cupcakes watched by an armed security guard (who happened to be a McCain supporter). I guess you get your help where you can. :-)ps they were in plainclothes and it was all very low key, so no drama.
This event took place in a city in Virginia.

Why I won’t vote for hillary:
WASHINGTON (CNN) – Three times may make a trend: for the third primary/caucus night in a row, Hillary Clinton has taken the stage at a post-election rally and failed to mention her losses, or congratulate her winning opponent, Barack Obama.
She spent Tuesday night at a rally in Youngstown, Ohio, looking ahead to the primary there on March 4. She made no mention of Wisconsin.
Last Tuesday in El Paso, Texas, hours after getting swept in the Potomac primaries that night, she didn’t acknowledge her rival’s big day. The Saturday before that in Richmond, Virginia, she spoke at the state’s Jefferson-Jackson Dinner and ignored Obama’s string of four primary and caucus wins that day.
It’s one thing to be a sore loser, it’s quite another not to thank those who have worked so hard for you.
Bill Clinton says Obama is full of sh*t

"The Reverend Jeremiah Wright is an outstanding church leader whom I have heard speak a number of times. He has served for decades as a profound voice for justice and inclusion in our society. He has been a vocal critic of the racism, sexism and homophobia which still tarnish the American dream. To evaluate his dynamic ministry on the basis of two or three sound bites does a grave injustice to Dr. Wright, the members of his congregation, and the African-American church which has been the spiritual refuge of a people that has suffered from discrimination, disadvantage, and violence. Dr. Wright, a member of an integrated denomination, has been an agent of racial reconciliation while proclaiming perceptions and truths uncomfortable for some white people to hear. Those of us who are white Americans would do well to listen carefully to Dr. Wright rather than to use a few of his quotes to polarize. This is a critical time in America's history as we seek to repent of our racism. No mat ter which candidates prevail, let us use this time to listen again to one another and not to distort one another's truth,"
