President Barack Obama you were perfect in the delivery and content of your speech on the 24th of Feb, 09. You are doing the best job anyone could ask for. You and your team have developed a very good plan to get us out of the financial mess we are in. And you have explained your plan and intentions to the fullest. No other President has been so open in the explanation of the plans for our country. I believe you will be successful in achieving the goals you have made for the improvements we need in this country. Mostly because it's a good plan but also because when you put your mind, heart and soul into something your level of success rates go up. And I can see that you believe what you are telling us and together we will fix the nation. Thank You for being who you are. Thank You for the HOPE you have given us all. Thank You for the wise decisions you have made for the betterment of our nation. Just Thank You, President Barack Obama I will pray for you, your family and your cabinet to be safe, make future good choices and to be successful.
Thank You Barack Obama for that outstanding speech on race. You are indeed the man this country needs to unify this nation. I am an African American business woman and I have had my share of negative racial issues as I work in white America. Every thing you said was so true and so heart felt. And anyone who heard it yet still continues to ask you the same questions over and over, they are only proving what Rev. Wright says is true, about the hard times the white people give the black people in this country. Each and every one of us has a friend, relative, neighbor or co-worker in our lives that has negative views towards race. We do not try to correct them or disassociate ourselves from them. We just say things like "Oh just ignore them they are crazy" or something like that. Why do we expect our President to be flawless or Christ like, as if he or she is not human or has not had a past. There has been no past or present President that has been without personal problems, political issues, or controversy of some sort. What we should be looking at is, what you can do for this country. How you have already succeeded in motivating all types of people to become interested in politics. How you have opened up the conversation about race and how to understand each others views. You need to make some u-tube speeches and continue the talks about race, economy, jobs, health-care, education and the war. Just go there and post a subject one or two a week. Advertise it on your website and provide a link to it. We will make sure everyone knows it is there. People will listen to them and begin to know and Love you as a person and the one they want to be President of the United States. They are so afraid of you and what you do to people when you speak, so keep speaking. You are a true leader, motivator, honest, humble, and respectable christian man and I Thank You for being YOU. THANK YOU, may God Bless and protect You and your Family. I believe you will be the next President no matter what obstacles they put in your way. But, if you do not make it, you will always have a spot in my heart and I am sure in the hearts of many, as our Honorary President. We Love You!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK Obama supporters, Hillary is getting desperate and worried that she will not be able to continue the "Family Business". She has begun to attack Obama with negative adds and comments in her speeches. And what about that Yes She Will!! Are there no more words available in the English language to use to be creative, without using Obama's phrases with a twist? People out there are blinded by the love and respect they have for Bill Clinton. We all loved him and he did a very good job. But, and I say BUT, that does not mean his wife will do equally as well. We must help this campaign. We must make phone calls, talk to people we know in the upcoming states. We must help to show people that Hillary is good but, and I say BUT, To fix the problems that exist at the White House after Bush Bushwhacked it, is going to take the best, and someone new. With new ideas, new attitude, new followers and a personality to match. Obama has managed to motivate the youth and revive people who lost hope and trust in the government. This is the change this country needed. Change in the face that represents this country. Change in the attitude of the people. Change in the way military affairs are handled. Change in the way this country communicates with other countries. Change in the way our government cares about the little people, making them just as important as the rich have always been treated. Obama is the only candidate that is really offering true change all the way around. Hillary has shown us by her actions since their last debate, that she really acts just like the past candidates because her true colors came out, she represents more of the same. Not as much as the same but still the same. Obama is a movement, a movement of the little people, a movement of people who are sick and tired of being sick and tired. That's why Republicans vote for him, white women vote for him, young people vote for him, most black people support him, white men, and this is awesome, vote for him. And the list goes on and on. These people are hurting for change and willing to make phone calls, and take bus rides, host parties, sell t-shirts, donate their last dollars, fight with neighbors and relatives. All because this country is deep in the red and sinking deeper and deeper. We are gasping for some relief, some sign of hope, someone to come and save us. Obama is showing us that no one person can save us. We must save ourselves, Obama will lead us but we must save this country as a group effort. Hillary supporters say, Yes She Will! But Obama says YES WE CAN!!!!!!!!!!! WITH HOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!! WITH UNITY!!!!!!!!!!!! AND WITH THE BEST LEADER!!!!! FUTURE PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA!!!!!!!!!!
I have talked to some people who said, they will vote for Hillary because she has more experience than Obama. I want to say to all of you, Obama has more than enough experience. Hillary may have more, but that is not all it takes and it is not the most important thing. If it is than McCain has more experience than both of them, does that mean we should all vote for McCain? I say NO!!! If Obama had no experience at all and he was fresh to all of this; then it would matter that Hillary is more experienced. But that is not the case here. Obama has years of experience along with other very important qualities. Obama is what this country needs. Obama represents change. Obama has the ability to UNITE all of the races, ages, genders and political parties together. Obama has restored HOPE into those Americans who have given up a long time ago on the Leaders of this country. Obama has captured the minds and hearts of our youth and shown them that if we unite we can achieve progress in this country. He has also shown every minority that this is truly America land of the Free and here you can become anything you set you heart and mind to become, no matter what adversities are placed before you. Hillary is more experienced but Obama has enough experience and more of everything else to help him run this country. And please remember that the President does not run the country alone, he has a Vice President, his Cabinet, the Executive Branch to help him and because he is a christian he has God. All of that along with the support of the American people that is all the experience he will ever need.
Have you ever seen within your job or someone you may know, when there is a position opening and everyone is hoping that they will get it, but you think there is no chance for me to get it because Mr. or Mrs. whatever has more time in than me. Then on that day when it is time to choose a person, someone gets picked that no one ever expected. That was because even though someone else had more experience they may have been lacking in some leadership qualities that were need to run that position. The boss knows that the experience will soon come and make that person a more well rounded choice. That is why Obama does not have to have the experience that Hillary has, it will soon come and make him the best Candidate for the President of the United States of America.
I am the perfect example of Change and Unity. I have never gotten involved in politics before. I voted for the President only and I only voted for whoever was the Democrate. I did not pay attention to the views of the candidates. I believed it did not matter because Politicians were going to do what ever they wanted to do anyway and that our opinion did not matter. So I did not get involved. I voted because people died for us to have the right to vote. I am 48 years old, African American self-employed woman. And finally there is a candidate I am interested in and I will help promote. I will donate to, I will blog for, make phone calls for, sell t-shirts for as a fundraiser. I will do by best to help Obama become President, as will many other non political Americans!!!!
CHANGE HAS ALREADY HAPPENED!!!! Below is a list of the things Barack Obama has changed already, and he is not even President yet:
1. Young people have become interested in politics and voting and getting involved!!
2. Black and Hispanic people who either never voted or have not voted in many years have gotten involved in this fight.
3. White people from all walks of life have come together to help support a black man for President of the United States (WOW)!!!!!
4. All ages, all religions, all colors, all political parties, both genders, celebrities, Americans from the poor to the wealthy, have all come together and donated money, time and Love to help support Barack Obama for President.
5. Even though a woman is running against him there are still many women from all races supporting him.
6. Never have so many come out to fight for something so important and with so much passion.
7. Republicians are changing parties
These changes are just off the top of my head as I watch everything that's going on with this election. If we vote Barack Obama for President, I am sure we will see many more changes. Changes in our Government that we can be proud of. Proud to be an American. Proud to be part of a country who really takes into consideration all of it's citizens when making major decisions about our taxes, education, healthcare, environment, jobs, war ect.....
8. And the biggest change will be, having a President that can speak intelligently. And who can uplift and motivate everyone who hears him. And who has restored HOPE into each and every one who has suffered because of the Bush Adminstration. God Bless Obama and his Family!!!!!!!
The Clinton's were good when they were in office but we need better. We need the best. Barack Obama represents the best. Hillary was right during the debate to say that the person who goes to the White House will be greeted by a stack of problems caused by the Bush Administration. And it's going to take the best person to clean it all up. But Obama was right to say it is going to take not just himself, but the support of the American people to clean up the mess this country is in. Other countries blame all Americans when they get mad at USA, not just it's leaders or Administration. So it will take all of us to stand up and support a man who can represent us and make the right decisions towards correcting what is wrong in this country. The Clintons will still be there fighting to help where needed, but we need a new face, a new positive attitude, with new ideas that keep all Americans in mind. A new President and Administration that will bring us all together. no matter what color, gender, age or religious belief. And I know that Barack Obama can do that for this country.
Go out there whereever you are and vote on Super Tuesday or whenever your state has voting, and vote Barack Obama for President because "WE NEED THE BEST". And if you can, donate to his campaign because the best also needs alot of money to do the best to win the fight. Thank You!!
Remember how we came together for the Million Man March and then it was over. It is time to come together like we did for the Million Man March. Only this time we need a Billion Voters to March. March right down to the poles on Super Tuesday and vote for Barack Obama. We need to support this man in his fight to better our country, to better our lives, to better our education for our children. A man whom we can be proud of as he represents our country. We need someone who is well rounded, capable and able to represent all Americans. The time for UNITY is now. As we raise our children we tell them "you can be whatever you want to be". This is the time to unite and make that statement come true. With Obama as President our children will see that anything is indeed possible in this country. He will be a role model and an inspiration to all minorities and to all families.
I heard Bill Clinton say "Just two words, We're Back". I say to him, NO Hillary is back and you are in the back, but the two of you need to GET BACK, Way Back and make room for change, REAL CHANGE. Change in not just the color of ones skin, but Obama will bring a change in attitude, a change in politics and a change that represents HOPE. Hope for all Americans. God Bless Barack Obama and his Family, keep them safe and help him to make good decisions for us all, always. AMEN!!!!!!!!!
