On August 28th, Barack Hussien Obama will accepted the nomination of the Democratic Party for President of the United States of America, in front of 75,000+ in Denver. Since i can't be there, I think the next best thing would be have speech watching party. So if anyone want to help plan a party in monroe, let me know. and if not in Monroe, La Go ahead plan your own shigdig wherever you are.

After nearly 5 month of primaries, so called scandal and out and out lies against Barack we are on the dawn of his become the Democratic Party candidate for President of the United States of America. Yes We Did!!!!!!!!!!! Take moment , path yourself on the back and get ready for the real fight. McCain and the RNC, have spent the last few month since March planning and plotting our downfall. And we would foolish to think that they not going to used every dirty trick in the Carl Rove playbooks.
I do believe the Campaign HQ will be able to anything that Mccain and his gang can toss out. And we must do our part here in the Ark-La-Miss. I know we have a large untapped pool smart talented people that would love to help us, but don't know how to. So what i am asking for right now is idea and plan to be ready to go the day after the Denver Convention in August. Anything you can come up with please post in the group. Barack will need need us to do our part.

It was wonderful speech. He spoke the truth about the heart of race in america. How we still see each other (white, black, latin, asian). The way we hold the tougue when we act and react to each other. We never look in our heart, but instead blame each other for every little thing we find wrong in our world.
He gave choice, we could follow into our rut of our past, or step up into new light of hope. Yes We Can. We can move new America.

Unless your have been living under a rock for the last ten days or so....You notice how negative the campaign has become. Attack and counterattack between both campaign have been fast and furious. Despite the action of the clinton campaign, they can't change the one thing that matters, that we are ahead in the delegate numbers. And if we focus on Sen. Obama message of hope and change we will be rewarded with victory in November. So keep calling. If u have any ides on how we can do more to help let the group know. YES WE CAN!!!!!

We have less that 4 days til Super Tuesday Part 2. Everyone need to make a calls today. I made 30 calls in less that 40 minutes. Is not hard to do. And most cell phone plans have night and weekend free. So call away. Yes We CaN!!!
It's coming down to three state for hillary Texas, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. She has to have all three to keep up with the Obama. I too far away from Ohio or Pennsylvania to do more that give hope and prayers, but a can work in Texas. I am say not everyday, but one day we have really big push there. Maybe the saturday before March 4th?( i think that 1st) We put faith into action. We have less that 48 hours for voice of the people of Louisiana to be heard. From Bossier City to Baton Rouge, to Lake Providence to Lafayette: our votes will join millions of American how have cast the hopes on Barack Obama. When I saw that Louisiana was voting 4 day after super duper Tuesday, I was afraid that Louisiana would be afterthought. But looking we can weight in with a win for Sen. Obama. We in Louisiana have many of the same problems and that rest of the nation, but those special Louisiana issue too. Everything from traditional issue of poor education system, sad roads and shrinking coast line. Now add pain Katrina and her evil little sister Rita, it easy to see how we need to not just stand up but scream, yell ,jump in support the Senator. So join group and talk to friend and family about there hopes and dreams. Also listen for falsehood about Sen. Obama, correct those would no not what they speak with kind and hopeful heart. We can win by getting in the mud. We are about Hope .
