WTF did I say that was so terrible? Listen, maybe you IDIOTS are comfortable with him being in bed with Geithner, Summers, & the rest of the Wall Street and Bankster crowd, but I'M NOT. The campaign is being given a gift on a silver platter: the imminent collapse of all these Wall Street institutions and Freddie & Fannie, etc. We need to come out with ads tying these economic disasters to Bush's no regulation policy of basically allowing corporations to run amok with little or NO OVERSIGHT. These disasters are the direct result of FAILED REPUBLICAN ECONOMIC POLICIES. These four words need to be burned in to the public consciousness over and over and over agin: FAILED REPUBLICAN ECONOMIC POLICIES. I can't believe I have to do this FOR YOU GUYS. Where the hell are your campaign managers? Look, CALL ME OR E-MAIL ME; I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP YOU OUT!
By hammering that message we will reach the Anerican people on a level they can UNDERSTAND:
"Things suck. The Republicans have been in power for eight years. Time to Give the Democrats a chance. Why? Because THINGS SUCK. Why trust the guys that screwed things up to fix it?"
You will be hearing the following mantra repeated over & over again in the coming weeks and months:
"The Obama tax increases are going to hurt small business and that will cause layoffs just when we need HIRING."
This is pure garbage & must be DEBUNKED. Do NOT LET THE GOP get this into the national PSYCHE as FACT, or it will become HARD TO PASS THE BUDGET. Fact is that most small businesses DO NOT file as individuals, but in fact file as CORPORATIONS. Secondly, of those that DO FILE as individuals, the percentage that ACTUALLY HAVE EMPLOYEES is MINISCULE. This is HUGE; the GOP will make this one of their BIGGEST TALKING POINTS against the Obama budget. If we allow them to drum this crap into people's minds without CONSTANTLY DEBUNKING IT, people will eventually start to believe it.
Another thing that has to CONSTANTLY BE STRESSED is that this is merely ALLOWING THE BUSH TAX CUTS TO EXPIRE, not a whole new, previously unheard of, TAX RATE! In fact we must REMIND PEOPLE, OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN that these rates are the ones INSTALLED BY RONALD REAGAN, their patron saint! Remind them also that the top marginal taxrate has often been MUCH HIGHER; 71% under Richard Nixon, 90% under Dwight Eisenhower.
Republicans have the means, through Fox News and their extended network of Hate Radio, to get their Propaganda out to a lot of people, repeating lies over and over until people begin to believe them. We have to get OUR MESSAGE OUT THERE or our President's CHANGES WON'T STAND A CHANCE OF GETTING THROUGH CONGRESS! We voted for CHANGE, but Obama can't do it without Congressional help, and the stimulus battle showed that they will OBSTRUCT his every move. That's why I say we must ORGANIZE OURSELVES AND MARCH ON WASHINGTON DC!
It's TIME. Just like the inauguration was able to draw all those people to the Capitol, the same way we can put together a Million Middle Class March On Congress. It's time for all of us who support the President to MOBILIZE and get out into the street and SHOW OUR NUMBERS. The Party of No will be fighting the President's budget TOOTH & NAIL. The ONLY WAY we can counter that is by REMINDING CONGRESS WHO WON THE ELECTION IN NOVEMBER BY SHOWING UP ON THEIR DOORSTEP AND DEMANDING THEY NOT OBSTRUCT THE CHANGE WE VOTED FOR! Who am I? Nobody special. Just a regular Middle Class guy here in Florida who is sick of the OBSTRUCTIONISTS and who wants to HELP OUR PRESIDENT. Since nobody else was doing it, I said Why Not? Our campaign has no ORIGINALITY. All our commercials follow the same formula: a voice talking over pictures of McCain & Palin. WTF? People LOSE INTEREST IN THESE KINDS OF COMMERCIALS AND TUNE THEM OUT! They are BORING! ONCE AGAIN, I WILL GIVE YOU CAMPAIGN GENIUSES A GIFT. A COMMERCIAL:

Commercial begins by showing three construction workers about to eat their lunch. They are all wearing hard hats, etc., and hot lunch boxes. First guy says to the second guy "So, who you voting for in November, Frank?" Second guy replies: "I'm voting for Obama, Joe. The Republicans HAD their chance the past eight years. I even voted for them, but not this year. They had their chance for eight years and the economy's a mess and I don't like the way this country is going". Third guy speaks: "yeah, nobody's job is safe; Richie got laid off last week, our hours are getting cut, and I just don't trust the Republicans to fix things." First guy speaks agin: "Fix things? The Republicans are the ones that got us into this mess; I can't see REWARDING THEM with four more years. I'm voting for Obama this year; I'm voting Democrat all the way".
This EXCELLENT commercial can be filmed in severral other ways. Substitute several women for the construction workers. Or office workers. Whatever. BUT THIS WOULD RESONATE WITH PEOPLE BIG TIME! AND IT'S A COMMERCIAL THAT IS INTERESTING AND THAT PEOPLE WOULD SEE THEMSELVES IN, SAYING THE EXACT SAME THINGS! AND THE MESSAGE IS SIMPLE, DIRECT, AND SHOULD BE THE NUMBER ONE THING WE ARE SAYING: THE REPUBLICANS HAD THEIR CHANCE AND BLEW IT! WE CAN'T TRUST THEM TO FIX THINGS; THEY'RE THE ONES THAT SCREWED THINGS UP! NOW IT'S OUR TURN!

We have the numbers, President Obama. Let's MOBILIZE the people! A march on Congress to DEMONSTRATE AGAINST THE PARTY OF NO AND THE SPECIAL INTERESTS who will try to BLOCK THE BUDGET! I bet 500,000 to a million people would descend on the Capitol to show support for the President. A MILLION MIDDLE CLASS MARCH! Look, we HAVE THE PEOPLE TO DO THIS NOW. Such a march would be UNPRECEDENTED. A MILLION PROTESTERS coming not to CONDEMN the President, but to SUPPORT HIM! That huge gathering of folks for the inauguration should have OPENED SOME EYES. I HOPE YOU GUYS (The President's Staff) UNDERSTAND THE EXACT NATURE OF THIS MOVEMENT YOU HAVE. Just because the CAMPAIGN is over doesn't mean you put the movement ON THE SHELF! NO, you USE IT. It is not going to be EASY to PASS THE BUDGET; the GOP will FIGHT LIKE WILDCATS to defend their RICH CONSITUENTS. But if we can get THE PEOPLE IN THE STREET; JUST IMAGINE IT! One million people coming to DC to protest AGAINST THE PARTY OF NO. "NO MUST GO!" "THE PEOPLE VOTED FOR CHANGE!" The country is FURIOUS at the Wall Street & Banking Corporate Scumbags and I fear that our President is underestimating the extent of their anger! He needs to get BEHIND the Middle Class on this, and NOT behind Giethner, Summers, and his Wall Street economic advisers. The Middle Class is gonna get out into the streets. A huge protest march to Washington against the people I've been calling the Corporate Scumbags for years (I hope that doesn't get me deleted; there's really no better description for them!). Rush Limbaugh has for years been drawing support from "Angry White Men". But what these times have REVEALED CLEARLY is that these "angry white men" have been angry at the WRONG PEOPLE all these years. They DO have a right to be ANGRY, but they should direct that anger at those who have REALLY SCREWED THEM & THIS COUNTRY: Greedy Corporate Scumbags. I've been saying this for years, but now the AIG mess has finally opened people's eyes in a way that one guy in Florida (myself) could not. We now have a GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY to harness this RAGE that is felt nationwide, and harness it FOR GOOD: to support President Obama. I NEED EVEYRONE'S HELP IN THIS! LET'S ROUSE THE SLEEPING GIANT, THE ANGRY MIDDLE CLASS, AND GET A MILLION MIDDLE CLASS MARCH ON WASHINGTON TOGETHER! THE PURPOSE? I'm sure Barack has a strategy for what he's doing. But we are taking a beating! What's up with all these nominees with TAX ISSUES? It makes us look like MORE OF THE SAME rather than CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN!
And why did Barack nominate JUDD GREGG for The COMMERCE DEPARTMENT? That guy is an UNAPOLOGETICsupporter of OUTSOURCING OUR AMERICAN JOBS OVERSEAS! What is going on here? All these "free traders" are not going to be in position to set policy, are they? Why does it look like Barack is COMPROMISING with the GOP who aren't showing him ANY respect?
And the stimulus package. Pelosi SCREWED HIM BIG TIME by sticking all those SPENDING PROGRAMS on the stimulus bill? Look, we DO need those programs, but NOT AS PART OF A STIMULUS BILL! By adding all that spending to that bill Pelosi stabbed Barack IN THE BACK. Those spending programs are easy targets for the GOP and they are having a field day RIPPING Barack for proposing a stimulus bill with very little STIMULUS in it! Pelosi gave them an easy target; those programs should have been put on a separate SPENDING BILL, not this STIMULUS BILL. Barack had an 83% popularity rating until this week; he has lost 19%.
