I read this on a few blogs, and found the source quote. This old, bitter & racist Hispanic woman and big Hillary supporter in Texas says that Barack Obama's problem is that he is black! See it here:

And apparently Clinton, on live TV, would not reject or denounce this woman's support.
Can anyone find this part of the video?
does anybody know how to capture a realplayer video and post it on youtube? this is an interesting al gore video that i think deserves to be on youtube. at a town hall meeting in 2003, he was asked about a very serious charge against bill clinton, and this is his reply:

this little speech was detailed in christopher hitchens's book "no one left to lie to."
thanks in advance!
guys, if someone says that obama does not have enough substance, gently remind this person that obama was the president of the harvard law review, and that hillary clinton couldn't even pass the bar exam in washington dc!

FROM HILLARY CLINTON'S BOOK LIVING HISTORY (PAGES 64-65):
I had taken both the Arkansas and Washington, D.C., bar exams during the summer, but my heart was pulling me towards Arkansas. When I learned that I had passed in Arkansas but failed in D.C., I thought maybe my test scores were telling me something. I spent a lot of my salary on my telephone bills and was so happy when Bill came to see me over Thanksgiving. We spent our time exploring Boston and talking about our future.
FROM CARL BERNSTEIN'S BOOK A WOMAN IN CHARGE (Page 92):
On November 3, the District of Columbia Bar Association notified Hillary that she had failed the bar exam. For the first time in her life she had flamed out -- spectacularly, given the expectations of others for her and even more so her own. Of 817 applicants, 551 of her peers had passed, most from law schools less prestigious than Yale. She kept this news hidden for the next thirty years. She never took the exam again, despite many opportunities. Her closest friends and associates -- Webb Hubbell, Jim Blair (Diane's husband), Nancy Bekavac, Betsey Write, Sara Ehrman -- were flabbergasted when she made the revelation in a single throwaway line in Living History. "When I learned that I passed in Arkansas but failed in D.C., I thought maybe my test scores were telling me something."
Lawrence Lessig does it again!

YES WE CAN
guys i am not too familiar with the policy/protocal the obama campaign has on us creating our own artwork and using the obama logo, but considering that so much of the stuff in the store is backlogged (today we *finally* got the buttons we ordered almost a month ago!), i was hoping they wouldn't mind if we created our own stuff using the "official" obama log.
i am a graphic designer so i re-created the logo on adobe illustrator, and want to figure out a way to post it here so people could use it? or if you want it you can just email me at alex.kavez@gmail.com
thanks!
guys,
in case you haven't seen it yet, here is an excellent video created by a stanford law professor, making the case for barack obama : )
20 minutes or so about why I am 4Barackhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdDzvmY1XPohis reasons are presented in a clear & logical manner, and he provides all kinds of supporting evidence -- video clips, quotes from interviews and debates, historical data -- it is AWESOME.
please check it out and pass it along to your friends!best, alex
I live in New York, and was volunteering for Obama all last weekend and on Super Tuesday, and they gave us these cool stickers that were clean and bright and bold, that said VOTE OBAMA. They were blue and white and very good looking. I don't know who designed these excellent stickers, but I am a graphic designer and was able to recreate them in Adobe Illustrator, and I put them up on Cafe Press as buttons. Apologies to the great designer who created the stickers, I hope it's okay, please realize I am only doing this for BARACK and for all of us!
VOTE OBAMA BUTTONS

Of course I am not making any money off these, have never used Cafe Press before, but I just want all of us to TAKE ACTION. I am going to order 100 myself and send them out to some friends of mine in Pennsylvania (went to school in Philly.)
That's it for now, check out the link, and YES WE CAN!
We are all for Obama, and this website is a great resource to learn more about what is going on a daily basis, and information is important, and sharing our opinions, our hopes and prayers, etc., but let's not forget the most important thing is ACTION!
We all need to talk to our family and friends, we need to contribute what we can, and 'gently' encourage others to contribute to, because $ matters but also the # of contributers matters, because that shows how large the movement is, but...
MOST IMPORTANT is to get out there and volunteer! Let's hit the phone banks, let's hit the streets, let's order some buttons and stickers and flyers, let's write some letters, let's SHOW OTHERS how much we believe in Obama and in ourselves, and let's persuade the undecided.
Maggie has the right idea in creating her own buttons on Cafe Press:

I am a graphic designer and am working on some stickers and flyers, to produce and distribute. I live in NYC but am thinking of starting a letter-writing campaign to Pennsylvania, which I think will be a big state. We need to get marketing materials out there to the battlegrounds! THEY NEED TO HEAR OUR VOICES AND FEEL OUR PRESENCE!
Yes we can!
