Canvassing in Tupelo, Mississippi

I just got back from driving all over Tupelo, Mississippi giving out Obama campaign brochures and stickers. I requested material on Obamacycle.com, and some nice person from Houston, TX sent me a large package of brochures and stickers. I was a little worried about handing it all out by myself. But once I got going, I had a lot of fun with it. I went to service stations, coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. Most people were very happy to receive the literature and especially the stickers. I even met one other person who was out in her car giving out Obama flyers. Thank you Obamacycle! And Thanks to everyone who sent me campaign materials! I had a nice bumper sticker on my car, over 500 brochures, lots of stickers, a button on my jacket, as well as two huge signs on each window of my car. (All stuff from Obamacycle.com) Everyone was happy to get the campaign material, and maybe a little surprised to see me handing stuff out. I think Mississippi will bring in a big win for Obama tomorrrow!

I'm excited that Obama has won Wisconsin tonight. The momentum continues to build as he heads to Texas and Ohio. I think Obama can win Texas. Meanwhile, voting in Mississippi is not far after that (March 10th). I hope that Mississippi will deliver another victory for Barack Obama. A win in Mississippi could help seal the deal for Obama.
