The Macomb County Republican Party Chairman is trying to suppress the votes of Michiganders who have been hit hard by the economic crisis and home foreclosures.

"What is with all of the chicken littles on the blog this evening? I saw several posts where people are freaking out about what some overpaid, out of touch, pencil pushing pundit has said.

Remember last year the pundits were wrong when they said the inevitable nominee was Hillary.

Remember when the pundits were wrong when they said that Barack Obama will not be able to raise as much money as Hillary.

Remember the pundits were wrong when they said a state like IOWA would never vote for a black man with a funny name.

Remember when that fool Pat Buchanan said that Barack could not get enough of the white vote in South Carolina to pull off a win.

Remember the pundits were wrong when they said that Barack will not last past Super Tuesday.

Remember the pundits were wrong when they said the Bradley effect will be a factor right before the primary in Wisconsin when we won by 15 pts.

Remember the pundits were wrong when they said that Barack could not get the women vote or the hispanic vote. He is leading in double digits with those groups.

Since these pundits are ALWAYS wrong, why are we taking stock in anything that they say. Barack's support is loyal and deep. We know what is going on out here on the ground. Barack is still packing in crowds wherever he goes and he is the only candidate that can draw 75,000 people at a campaign event.

Use that nervous energy to make calls, canvass, register voters, write postcards, wear your Obama gear etc..

Please let's have some faith in this campaign. They have continually proved the pundits and naysayers wrong so far."

NOT THIS TIME!!!

K, so I just got home from taking a walk up to Wal-Mart in my new town/state. As a few of you may remember, I've vowed that whenever I head out to a store or any other general place for more than 30 mins or so, I wear my rally sign (poke a hole in the top two corners of the sign, loop a string through and tie it at each end, and wear it around your neck).

I'm definately thankful that I did this today, probably the most thankful I've ever been.

I created a new account!!!

I'm sure most of you are wondering why in the hell I would do this....

Well, before I moved out here to Wisconsin, I contemplated creating a new account. I went ahead and set up this account.

When the internet was installed at our new place today, I found out that one of my relative's stepson's who I'd been staying with had gotten into my account (I forgot to log out unfortunately). He sent me screenshots of him being in my accout and being in the process of posting some nasty messages under my username.

*after checking my points in my account, I realized that he hadn't posted them. He sent me the screenshots in preview mode. Nothing was posted.*

But he still had access into my account.

So, I went through with keeping this new account. Several bloggers (as you can see in the comments below) did me the favor of contacting admin and asking them (successfully) to log me out, and I'm thankful for their help.

I will continue using this account, however, as I'd considered creating a new accout after the primary season and after my move, even before the kid got into my old account. I know, it's 22,500 points, $1500 FR dollars, and over 1,000 messages down the drain....

So, feel free to contact me, add me, and donate in my honor :) here.
